This paper expounds the connotation of the knowledge dynamic mechanism from the perspective of knowledge and produces this concept into the process of the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation from the view of knowledge,and this paper introduces the four-stage details and dynamic model including knowledge acquisition and creation,knowledge transfer and diffusion,knowledge sharing and management and knowledge integration and evaluation and the dynamic mechanism model of every stage based on the dynamic characteristics of the process of manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation.Finally,it gives the conclusion that the construction of every stage knowledge dynamic mechanism for the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation process is the power and effective tool for the manufacturing enterprise attaining sustaining competition advantage.
