以服务模块化为中介变量,构建知识粘性对知识转移绩效作用机制的概念模型,使用层次回归模型对概念模型进行实证分析。实证结果表明:知识粘性对知识转移绩效有正U影响;知识粘性对服务模块自律性和界面标准化有正u影响;服务模块自律性和界面标准化对知识转移绩效有正向影响;服务模块自律性和界面标准化在知识粘性与知识转移绩效关系间起部分中介作用。研究结论有助于完善服务模块化,提高知识转移绩效。
This paper set the service modularization as intermediary variable and constructs the function mechanism theoretical analysis framework of knowledge stickiness on knowledge transfer performance. It adopts the hierarchical regression analysis to carry out empiri- cal analysis of the established theoretical analysis framework. The results show that knowledge stickiness has a direct U - shaped effect on knowledge transfer performance, knowledge stickiness has a direct U - shaped effect on module autonomy, knowledge stickiness has a direct U - shaped effect on interface standardization, there is a significantly direct promoting effect from module autonomy and inter- face standardization to knowledge transfer performance, the module autonomy and interface standardization serves as a partially interme- diary variable in the impaction between knowledge stickiness and knowledge transfer performance. Research will be conductive to im- prove service modularization and promote knowledge transfer performance.
