经济发展方式转变的核心是技术自主创新能力。技术进步及其分解是影响区域创新产出的重要决定因素,在触发区域创新产出高速、高效增长过程中扮演重要角色。为验证与分析技术进步触发区域创新产出的作用强度和作用结构,通过DEA—Malmquist指数法测度区域技术进步及其分解,借助改进熵值突变级数法评价区域创新产出能力,以此为基础,运用面板数据模型研究我国技术进步对区域创新产出的贡献。研究结果表明,技术进步触发创新产出过程中的强度性主导作用较西部地区显著,而其结构性主导作用则较东部地区显著;各区域实现技术进步触发创新产出的强度性与结构性双显著均存在一定困难;在技术高速发展的创新环境下,区域创新产出持续高速增长应至少实现技术进步主导作用的单显著。
The core of Change the mode of economic development is technological innovation capability, tecnnologlcal progress and its decomposition are the determinants of innovation output. It plays an important role in guiding the fast and efficient growth of regional innovation output. In order to verify and analyze the impact of the strength and structural of technical progress, on the ba- sis of calculating the technological progress and its decomposition by DEA-Malmquist Index and evaluating the regional innovation output capacity by improved entropy weight catastrophe progression method, researched the contribution of technical progress to regional innovation output using panel data model. The results show that: there are regional heterogeneity in strength and structure while technical progress touching off innovation output. The leading role of strength mainly exists in the west, and the leading role of structure mainly exists in the east. Considering the rapid development of economy and society, there should be at least one leading role in achieving the trigger mechanism of regional innovation output.
