风险识别是企业知识转移风险控制的前提，也是保证知识转移成功的基础。通过深度访谈，运用扎根理论研究方法，构建基于WSR的企业知识转移风险研究框架，提炼影响知识转移风险的六个主范畴：知识特性、知识转移过程、知识发送方、知识接收方、主体距离、主体关系，并对核心范畴与主范畴间关系、主范畴间的相互作用进行阐释。最后进行理论饱和检验，提出相应的控制策略。

Risk identification is a foundation of risk control and management for enterprises knowledge transfer Based on deep interviews and grounded theory, construct research framework of enterprises knowledge transfer based on WSR by deep interviews and grounded theory. Put forward six main categories of knowledge transfer risk, which include knowledge characteristics, knowledge transfer processes, knowledge senders, knowledge receivers, participants distances, participants relationships. Then, the paper makes a further explanation of relationships of the core and fundamental categories, analyzes the interactions among fundamental categories. Finally, carry out the theory saturation test.
