自人类社会步入信息经济时代以来，ICT产业以其庞大的经济规模和迅猛发展的态势成为世界科技和经济发展的焦点领域。科学评价ICT产业成长能力，评判我国ICT产业所处的国际地位，明确存在的差距，并发挥比较优势，实现ICT产业的可持续发展是当务之急。建立了ICT产业成长能力评价指标体系，利用因子分析和聚类分析方法对我国ICT产业成长能力进行实证评价，以期为ICT产业的成长与发展提供科学的评价方法和决策依据。
英文摘要：
Since human society entered the era of information economy, the ICT industry has become the focus ar- eas of global technology and economic development with its huge economic scale and rapid development momen- tum. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the ICT industry which is urgent,it is necessary to evalu- ate the growth ability of ICT industry scientifically and judge its international status to find out its existing gap and play its comparative advantages. In this paper, the evaluation index system of the ICT industry is established and the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method are used to do an empirical analysis on the growth ability of ICT industry, which provide scientific evaluation methods and basis for decision-making for the growth and development of the ICT industry.
