在建立团队知识共享意愿、非正式隐性知识交流与知识创造之间关系的理论模型的基础上,采用结构方程模型对3个潜变量间的相互关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明:团队知识共享意愿分别与知识社会化、知识外显化、知识组合化和知识内隐化呈正相关关系,团队知识共享意愿对知识社会化的正向促进作用最明显;团队知识共享意愿分别与非正式隐性知识面对面交流、非正式隐性知识虚拟对话交流之间呈正相关关系,团队知识共享意愿对非正式隐性知识面对面交流的正向促进作用更为显著;非正式隐性知识交流的两个方式分别是团队知识共享意愿与知识创造4个流程的中介变量。
Based on the construction of the theoretical model of the relationships among team's desire for knowledge sharing, informal tacit knowledge exchange and knowledge creation, this paper uses the structural equation model to make an empirical anal ysis of the interrelationships among 3 latent variables. The empirical results show that the team' s desire for knowledge sharing is positively correlated to knowledge socialization, knowledge externalization, knowledge combination and knowledge internalization re spectively, and its positive role in promoting knowledge socialization is the most distinct; the team' s desire for knowledge sharing is positively correlated to informal tacit knowledge facetoface exchange and informal tacit knowledge virtual conversation exchange respectively, and its positive role in promoting informal tacit knowledge facetoface exchange is more prominent; and the 2 types of informal tacit knowledge exchange are the intermediary variables between the team' s desire for knowledge sharing and the 4 knowl edge creation processes respectively.
