合理利用企业智力资本、提升企业技术能力，是企业发展核心竞争力、提高企业绩效的关键。阐述了企业智力资本与技术能力之间的影响关系，以及工作控制与团队自省的调节作用，构建了层次回归模型。通过374份企业调查问卷，应用因子分析并结合层次回归分析统计方法验证了模型的合理性。结果表明，企业智力资本对技术能力存在正向影响，同时工作控制能力和团队自省能力在智力资本与技术能力作用路径间发挥了正向调节作用。
英文摘要：
Promoting the technology capability are the key points of increasing enterprises＇ performance and developing corecompetence. This paper explained the relationship between intellectual capital and technology capability, illustrated themoderating tests of job control and team reflexivity to the relationships. Based on 374 questionnaires, and hierarchical re-gression modeling method, the result verified the positive affect from intellectual capital to technology capability, and alsothe moderating effects of job control and team reflexivity.
