以2005—2009年我国装备制造业7个行业的大中型工业企业面板数据为样本,基于非参数Malmquist生产率指数方法,实证测评了各行业在2005—2009年间研发创新效率的动态变化情况。研究结果表明,我国装备制造业研发创新效率的增长动力主要来源于技术进步,但技术效率变化的作用并不明显。“十一五”期间我国制定的诸多鼓励装备制造业创新的相关政策法规和市场化进程加速这两个因素共同推动了整个产业的技术进步。我国装备制造业7个行业在2005—2009间的年均研发创新效率的增长指数存在差异,从年均研发创新效率的增长速度和增长质量两个维度来看,专用设备制造业位列第一,而金属制品业排在最后。
Taking panel data of Chinese 7 equipment manufacturing industries from 2005 to 2009 as sample, based on Malmquist index model, this paper evaluates the dynamic changes in R;-D innovation efficiency of 7 industries from 2005 to 2009. The results show that: the technical progress is the main source of R;-D innovation efficiency growth of the e- quipment manufacturing industry in China, and technical efficiency change is not obvious, the relevant policies and regulations which encourage equipment manufacturing industry to implements innovation and the acceleration the process of market--oriented work together to promote the technical progress. The R;D innovation index of 7 equipment manufacturing industries is different, according to two dimensions of the annual R;D innovation efficiency growth rate and growth quality, special equipment manufacturing industry ranks first, and metal products industry is the end.
