目的探讨医用输液瓶口贴在吸痰患者中的特殊应用,以降低吸痰连接管的污染率,减少医院感染的发生。方法选取医院2012年1-12月骨科重症监护病房患者吸痰后吸痰管的吸引连接管60个,将其分为试验组与对照组,各30个;试验组患者吸痰完毕用生理盐水冲洗干净吸痰连接管后,直接用医用输液瓶口贴封闭连接管接口处,对照组患者吸痰结束后用生理盐水冲洗干净吸痰连接管,放入离子水中;对两组连接口处进行细菌培养;采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组中有3份吸痰连接管细菌生长,阳性率为10.00%,试验组30份连接管中培养出细菌3株,革兰阳性菌2株占66.67%,革兰阴性菌1株占33.33%;对照组30个连接管中培养出细菌17株,革兰阳性菌8株占47.06%,革兰阴性菌为9株占52.94%。结论该方法取材方便,操作简单易行,而且能有效的降低吸痰连接管接口处污染率,更好的预防医院感染。
OBJECTIVE To explore the special application of medical infusion bottle stickers for the sputum suction patients so as to reduce the contamination rate of suction connection tube interface as well as the incidence of noso- comial infections. METHODS Totally 60 suction connection pipes were collected from the patients who underwent the sputum suction in the intensive care units of department of orthopedics from Jan to Dec 2012 and were then di- vided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 pipes in each; the suction connection pipes in the experimental group were rinsed with normal saline, then the interfaces of the pipes were directly stuck with medi- cal infusion bottle stickers; the suction connection pipes in the control group were rinsed with normal saline and were placed in ionized water; the bacterial culture was performed for the interfaces of the two groups; the statisti- cal analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0 software. RESULTS There were 3 suction connection pipes in the experimental group with the growth of bacteria, the positive rate was 10.00% ; totally 3 strains of bacteria have been cultured from 30 connection pipes in the experimental group, including 2 (66.67%) strains of gram- positive bacteria and 1 (33.33%) strains of gram-negative bacteria. Totally 17 strains of bacteria have been cul- tured from 30 connection pipes in the control group, including 8 (47.06 %) strains of gram-positive bacteria and 9 (52.94%) strains of gram-negative bacteria. CONCLUSION This method is easily obtained, and the operation is simple and convenient; it can effectively reduce the contamination rate of the suction connection pipe interface and prevent the nosoeomial infections.
