项目管理承包模式是近年来国际工程界出现的一种特别适用于大型工程项目的承包模式。应用委托代理理论分析了项目管理承包模式下业主与EPC总承包商以及业主与PMC承包商之间的两种委托代理关系,基于激励约束原理构建了解决这两种委托代理问题的对策模型,从而对承包商的行为进行激励与约束,优化PMC模式下项目的经济效益。
Project Management Contracting is a new construction project management model, which emerges in the international construction industry recently. The two basic principal-agent relationships are analyzed based on the principal-agent theory. The model is built to solve the principal-agent problem between owner and the contractor based on incentive and regulating principal, which makes the project optimized.
