城市土地储备系统具有较高的不确定性，文章利用模糊规划的方法，提出了在储备收益目标和储备约束条件允许一定限量的模糊情况下，如何确定土地储备数量的决策方法。最后利用该方法对R市土地储备数量的确定进行了实证研究，演示了该决策方法的具体应用，验证了方法的科学性和实用性。
英文摘要：
Many uncertainties undoubtedly exist in the city land reserve system. Therefore, this paper aims at proposing an approach to facilitating the confirmation of the quantity of land reserve under the condition of fuzzy income goal and fuzzy cost constraint based on fuzzy programming method. Furthermore, the real case study on R city is applied to illustrate the application of the approach, which also proves that the method is scientific and applicable.
