针对“竞争力内涵与度量尚未形成统一认识”的问题，通过梳理国际知名学者与组织的相关研究成果，总结出竞争力度量的共性指标；在此基础上，运用结构主义方法论的研究思想，将竞争力与牛顿力学和量子力学进行类比后，针对经济竞争的三种方式，将力学中的动量定理理论推广到经济管理领域，提出了竞争力度量新假说。最后，运用该理论对我国省域建筑产业竞争力进行了实证研究。
英文摘要：
After reviewing some relative study of many scholars and professional organizations, this paper summarizes common indicators of competitiveness focusing on the unified understanding of the meaning and the measurement of competitiveness, On the basis of this, it employs the theory of structuralism methodology to the research, Analog competitiveness with Newton＇s mechanics and quantum mechanics. Regarding three ways of economic competition, it extends the usage of mechanical theory of momentum theorem to the field of economic management research and proposes a new hypothesis of competitiveness measurement. Finally, it makes an empirical analysis of Chinese province construction industrial competitiveness with the new theory.
