This paper analyzes the credit status of practicing qualification personnel in construction market and establishes an evaluation index system consisting of two classification criteria of licensed credit and individual credit. And then, considering the characters of construction market, it puts forward 22 evaluation indexes. Based on evaluation index system, a matter - analysis theory is applied to analyze the construction market participator with practicing qualification, and also a practical example is given.
