目的比较国内外社区卫生服务系统的发展，为国内社区卫生服务的发展提出合理建议。方法依据系统科学，运用文献回顾，综述国内外社区卫生服务不同的发展模式。结果根据经营方式的不同总结出3种国外社区卫生服务发展模式，根据国内的发展现况综述了6种国内社区卫生服务发展模式。结论国内社区卫生服务系统较之国外发育不完善，需要走出一条既借鉴国外成熟经验，又有自主创新；既能满足居民卫生需求，又能充分利用、调整现有卫生资源，具有中国特色的社区卫生服务发展道路。
英文摘要：
Objective To compare the domestic and foreign models in communities health service system development, in order to put forward the proposal for the development of the domestic community health. Methods The domestic and foreign different development patterns are summarized by using the system science and literature reviewing. Results Three kinds of development patterns of foreign community health service were summarized according to the different management ways, six kinds of development patterns of domestic community health services were summarized according to the present situation of domestic development. Conclusion The domestic community health service system is imperfect as compared with the foreign ones. Its development should both draw on the foreign mature experience, and have an independent innovation so as to meet the inhabitant health needs, and fully use, adjust existing health resources. It is necessary to develop a way of the community health services with chinese characteristic.
