目的了解城市医院与社区卫生服务中心互动的主要构成因素及现状。为建立城市医院与社区卫生服务中心互动机制模型提供现实依据和理论准备。方法依据系统理论，通过系统思考，运用系统分析方法得出城市医院与社区卫生服务中心互动问题的要素。结果城市医院与社区卫生服务中心现有的主要互动模式有：家庭医生专科化，协议转诊，医院、社区、家庭“三联动”卫生服务模式等；目前互动机制存在的问题有：双向转诊标准不完善，补偿机制转变，社区卫生服务网络不健全、缺乏互动管理监督机制等。结论系统现状及结构分析完善，可作为构建系统动力学模型的依据。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the main factors and present situation of the mutual - actions between urban hospital and community health service centre so as to provide theoretical and methodological evidence for the establishment of systematic model of the mutual - actions between urban hospital and community health service centre. Methods Systematic analysis was applied, based on the system theory and through systematic -thinking, to find the main problems in the mutual - actions between urban hospital and community health service centre, Results The main problems in mutual -action between urban hospital and community health service centre were found out, and the present situation was assessed. Conclusion The structure and running state of the system are perfect, which can serve as the bases for constructing the systematic dynamic model.
