目前对新型农村合作医疗的研究及评价角度众多,但仍欠缺从福利性角度对新型农村合作医疗对农民受益改善程度的研究。文章在界定福利的相关概念的基础上,综述了近年来有关新型农村合作医疗研究评价的角度及福利评价方法,进而对构建新型农村合作医疗福利性评价指标的可行性进行探讨。
英文摘要：
There are so many research and evaluating perspectives on New Rural Cooperative Medical System（NCMS）,but there still lacks study from the welfare point on farmers benefit from NCMS.In the paper,based on defined the related definition of welfare,we reviewed the recent relevant evaluating perspectives of NCMS and evaluation methods of welfare,then investigated the feasibility of construction evaluating index of NCMS welfare.
