采用光镜和扫描电镜对粗毛淫羊藿的小孢子形成及雄配子体发育过程进行观察。结果显示:花药四室,药壁的发育方式为双子叶型;发育后期的药室内壁具有纤维状加厚现象;腺质绒毡层,发育后期可见其内切向壁分布乌氏体;小孢子母细胞减数分裂时的胞质分裂为同时型;不同药室中雄配子体的发育过程具有典型的不同步性;四分孢子为四面体型;成熟花粉粒为2-细胞型,长球形,3个萌发沟,沟内具突起。
The mierosporogenesis and mare gamctophyte development in Epimedium acuminatum Franch. were investigated by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. It has four tetradymous anthers, and the development type of pollen sac wall is dicotyledonous. The developed endothecium charaterizes in fibrous thickening. The tapeturn belongs to glandul ar type. Ubisch body distributes along the inner tangential wall of the tapetum around the anther chamber. The microspore mother cells perform the simultaneous meiosis. The development process of microsporogenesis and male Gametophyte is non - synchronism. The microspores are arranged in a tetrahedral shape in the tetrads. Mature pollen is two- cell, long spherical, and three- germinal- furrows within enation.
