以面对面对称度误差为例,介绍了定位最小包容区域法评定对称度误差的数学模型和实现方法。为了提高评定效率,采用测点筛选法对测点进行筛选,剔除与评定无关的测点,从而减少测点搜索次数,提高程序评定速度。同时给出了算例来验证算法的正确性与可行性。
By taking the symmetry error for flatness to flatness as an example,the mathematical model and implementation method based onminimum locating zone are given for symmetry error evaluation.In order to improve the evaluating efficiency,the measured points screening method is used to remove the points irrelevant to evaluation from all measured points,which will reduce the searching steps of measured points and increase the evaluating speed of program.Simultaneously,examples are given to prove the correctness and the feasibility of the algorithm.
