The current existing problems of clinical skills training center were analyzed, its functions and management pattern were discussed. The clinical skills training center has clinical skills training and assessment, clinical education and social service functions. The three-level management model of hospital-the department of science and educationcenter was implemented which is configurated with various types of scientific personnel, improved management system and innovative management methods. The comprehensive functions and scientific management are the foundation of the development of clinical skills training center, and play an important role to increase the level of clinical skills training and resource utilization.
