为研究化工园区污水厂三级处理组合工艺的除污效能及运行调试方法,以江苏某化工园区污水厂为例,考察了各工艺对主要污染物的去除效果,总结了相关经验,估算了运行费用。该污水处理厂进水污染物浓度较高、水质波动大,并含有甲苯、二甲苯、酞酰亚胺等高毒性、难降解有机物。在进水浓度较高时,系统对COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷的平均去除率分别为70.7%、33.8%、55.0%和83.7%;当进水污染物浓度被有效控制后,出水COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷平均浓度分别为45.52、13.04、15.76和0.99mg/L,运行费用为2.07元/m^3。当A/O工艺遭到冲击被破坏后,通过采取排出部分污泥、补充新鲜污泥与投加甲醇、活性炭、碱液等措施,系统可在两周左右恢复。
To study the treatment efficiency, commissioning and operation methods of the com- bined tertiary treatment process in the wastewater treatment plant in a chemical industrial park, the re- moval efficiency of major pollutants by various processes in a wastewater treatment plant in Jiangsu Prov- ince was investigated. The relevant experience was summarized, and the running costs were estimated. The influent, with high concentration pollutants and large fluctuations in quality, contained highly toxic and refractory organic compounds such as toluene, xylene and phthalimide. When the influent concentra- tion was high, the average removal rates of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP were 70.7% , 33.8% , 55.0% and 83.7%, respectively. When the influent concentration of pollutants was effectively controlled, the average concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP in the effluent were 45.52, 13.04, 15.76 and 0.99 mg/L, respectively. The running cost was 2.07 yuan/m3. Discharging part of the sludge, adding fresh sludge, methanol, activated carbon and alkali as well as other measures, could be taken to recover the A/O system when it was shocked, in which the recovery required two weeks.
