基于有限元分析软件,建立起刀具数字模型,并加载适合的边界条件,对不同转速情况下的刀具受力与温度场进行分析.仿真研究结果表明,切削速度对于刀具作用力来说,刀具X轴比Y轴对切削力更为敏感,转速越高刀具的受力就越低;不同的切削速度对于刀具的温度场分布有直接的影响.
Based on the finite element analysis (FEA) software, the tool digital models were built and loaded the ap- propriate boundary conditions, the different force and temperature field under the different speeds of the tool were ana- lyzed. Simulation results show that cutting forces for the tool, the tool X-axis is more sensitive than the Y-axis; the lower the speed, the higher the force for the tool; different cutting tools for the temperature field has a direct distribution affected.
