粉煤灰加气混凝土的迅猛发展,造成电厂新出产的粉煤灰资源短缺、供不应求。为此研究利用陈积的粉煤灰生产加气混凝土显得十分重要。从化学组成、矿物组成和微观结构3方面对用于加气混凝土的陈积粉煤灰物理性能进行分析。化学组成方面:3个电厂的陈积粉煤灰均为低钙粉煤灰;清镇电厂、贵阳电厂和黔西电厂的陈积灰烧失量分别为10.14%、9.35%、6.32%,主要原因是陈积粉煤灰长期在露天堆存严重受潮及发生水化反应所致。矿物组成方面:对矿物组成进行x射线衍射分析,表明陈积粉煤灰与新粉煤灰的矿物组成基本一致。微观结构方面:对矿物组成进行了激光共聚焦观测,结果3个电厂陈积粉煤灰颗粒表面均粗糙不平,主要原因为在露天堆存过程中,粉煤灰在雨水的侵蚀作用下发生了不同程度的化学反应,在表面生成了反应产物所致。
With the fast-developing of the fly ash aerated concrete, new fly ash of power plants exceed the supply.Therefore, it is impor- tant to product the aerated concrete by employing the sedimentary fly ash.Physical performance of the sedimentary fly ash used to aerated concrete is analyzed by chemical composition, mineral composition and microstructure.Chemical composition:All of the sedimentary fly ashes in three power plants are low calcium fly ash.Loss of ignitions for sedimentary fly ash in Qing-Zhen Power Plant, Gui-Yang Power Plant and Qian-Xi Power Plant are 10.14% ,9.35% and 6.32% ,respectively,and the reason is that the sedimentary fly ash is serious damp and causes hydration reaction when long-term stockpiling in the open yard.Mineral composition:It reveals that the mineral composition sedimentary fly ash is the same with ones of the new fly ash by X-ray diffraction.Microstructure: The result of laser scanning confocal mi- croscopy is that particle surface of sedimentary fly ash is uneven,because reaction product is generated on the surface of sedimentary fly ash when the sedimentary fly ash in the rain.
