Commencement and exhaustion of kidney of inborn essence has mathematical regulations of ＇Female with seven ones and male with eight ones＇. The exhaustion of inborn essence has met the age of highest incidence such as ＇Male Prostatic cancer of 56 year-old＇ and ＇Female breast cancer of 49 year-old＇. During the exhaustion,human body is easy to have endocrine disturbance,genetic mutation,autoimmune abnormalities. All these create conditions for incidence of female breast cancer and male prostatic cancer.
