目的：调查并分析影响胰腺癌患者生存质量的相关因素。方法：调查门诊胰腺癌患者108例,全部患者完成生存质量调查问卷、数字疼痛强度量表、胰腺癌患者生存质量影响因素调查问卷。结果：性格、对医生信任程度、体能锻炼、性别及知情程度因素对胰腺癌患者生存质量产生影响。结论：难得糊涂型性格、对医生完全信任、总是进行体能锻炼的胰腺癌患者能有较好的生存质量。男性患者情感状况优于女性患者,完全知情的患者胰腺相关症状评分较好。

英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate and analyze the factors affecting the QOL of PC patients.Methods：In- vestigated 108 cases of PC outpatients, and all of them accomplished QOL questionnaire, numerical rating scale, and QOL influence factors questionnaire of PC patients. Results： Factors such as character, the degree of trust to the doctor,physical exercise,gender and the degree of knowing the fact affected the QOL of PC patients.Conclusion：The PC patients who have the personality of ＂Where ignorance is bliss, it is folly to be wise＂ , complete trust to the doctor and always doing physical exercise can have better QOL. Male patients have better emotional state than that of female,and patients who know the fact completely have better score of pancreas associated symptoms.
