在大体积混凝土中埋设冷却水管是施工期的主要降温措施之一,工程中大多采用S型冷却水管布置,对特殊结构形式的冷却效果存在局限性.本文以成都至贵阳线西溪河大桥4#拱座上盘为背景,基于热流耦合算法,分别对布置"十"字型与S型冷却水管的大体积混凝土进行温度场有限元分析.通过对比分析水管布置面的温度与温度应力分布,得出"十"字型布置方式的内部降温效果优于S型方式的;通过改变"十"字型方式布置的水管管径、水管间距、水流流速、入口温度等参数,分析对测点温度的影响规律,得出适用于"十"字型布置水管的相关参数范围.
In the construction period of large volume concrete,water pipe cooling is one of the main cooling methods. Cooling pipe water arranged by S type are mostly used in engineering,however,cooling effect on the special structures have limitation.Taking the 4# Abutment of Xixi River Bridge in Chengdu-Guiyang line as an example,the finite element analysis of the temperature field of mass concrete with " 十 "and S type cooling pipe are carried out based on the heat flow coupling algorithm. By comparing and analyzing the temperature and temperature stress distribution of the pipe surface,it concludes that the effect of" 十 "layout of internal cooling is better than that of S type;By changing pipe diameter,pipe spacing,flow velocity,inlet temperature and other parameters of " 十 "layout,the authors analyze the influence of temperature,and draw the relevant parameters range suitable for"十"font layout of pipes.
