温度应力是影响大跨径桥梁结构使用性能的最主要因素之一,准确的温度场分布模型是计算结构温度应力的基础.基于子牙河特大连续梁桥监测数据的分析结果,得出截面不同位置温度随时间的变化规律,提出了无铺装层扁平混凝土箱梁竖向、横向温度梯度拟合公式,并应用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟.结果表明:扁平混凝土箱梁横向温度分布具有明显的对称性,顶板横向不同位置温差较大,腹板和底板位置横向温差较小;竖向温度梯度可以用指数函数加一次函数的形式进行拟合;横向温度梯度可以用一次函数分段表示,所得结论对于类似桥梁的理论研究、设计及施工具有很好的参考价值.
Thermal stress is one of the main factors that affect the use of long-span bridges. Accurate thermal field distribution model is the basis for the calculation of structural thermal stress Based on field measurement data of Ziyahe continuous box girder bridge. Got variation of temperature with time in different places. A vertical and transverse thermal gradient model of flat PC box girder without pavement was presented. Bring out the possibility of thermal gradient model by using ANSYS. The results show that flat concrete box girder cross-section temperature distribution on the different position of axial symmetry, roof transverse temperature difference is large, web and bottom transverse temperature is smaller.The formula of exponential function and linear function are adopted to vertical temperature gradient. As the linear function is adopted to Transverse temperature gradient, the conclusions has a very good reference value for the similar bridge of theoretical research, design and construction.
