消费者对于零售商自有品牌的满意度评价直接影响自有品牌的进一步发展,对于零售商影响深远。本文以大商郑州新玛特超市的消费者为调查对象,分析了其自有品牌产品顾客满意度情况,并通过相关分析和因子分析,探讨了总体满意度的多种影响因素,并按重要性进行排序,得出了一些有意义的结论。
In this paper,consumers of Zhengzhou Dashang NewMart supermarket being as a survey,customer satisfaction of its own-brand products is analyzed.Based on these correlation analysis and factor analysis,a variety of factors and its importance sequencing of the overall satisfaction are explored.And some interesting conclusions are gotten.
