随着我国高等医学教育的迅速发展,导师制已成为一种重要的临床本科生教育培养模式。我院对在浙江中医药大学临床医学专业床边教学过程中实施本科生导师制进行了积极的探索与尝试,总结了本科生导师制的实施方法、应用体会。同时,针对该模式实施过程中存在的问题进行探讨与思考。
With the rapid development of China's higher medical education,the tutorial system has become an important model for training undergraduate medical students.Our hospital actively explored and attempted touse undergraduate tutorial system in the clinical bedsides teaching for medical students from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,and concludedthe methods and experiences of the implementation.At the same time,wealso discussed and reflectedon the problems in the process of implementation.
