叶酸治疗H型高血压对同型半胱氨酸及左心室重量指数的影响

目的探讨叶酸治疗H型高血压对血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及左心室重量指数(LVMI)的影响。方法选取93例H型高血压患者,将其随机分为3组。对照组32例患者采用常规降压治疗,0.8 mg叶酸组30例患者采用常规降压治疗+叶酸0.8 mg/d,5 mg叶酸组31例患者采用常规降压治疗+叶酸5 mg/d,于治疗前及治疗6个月后分别检测血Hcy数值、心脏超声检查,计算LVMI。结果各组治疗后Hcy、LVMI均降低达到了正常水平(P〈0.05),在叶酸组中降低均值较大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。Hcy治疗前后差值组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),进一步比较发现叶酸组较对照组差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),而叶酸组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。LVMI治疗前后差值组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.095〉0.05)。结论叶酸能明显降低H型高血压患者的Hcy水平,但对左心室重量指数未见明显影响。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect s of homocysteine and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) on H type hypertension treated with folic acid.Methods 93 patient s with H type hypertension divided randomly into 3 groups,one receive conventional therapy(control group),the second additional folic acid 0.8 mg/d treatment and the third additional folic acid 5 mg/d treatment.The homocysteine and echocardiography were examined before and after 6 months treatment.then calculate Lvmi.Results The reduce of homocysteine and LVMI has statistical difference in 3 groups(P〈0.05) after treatment and more difference in treated groups with folic acid(P〈0.01),The changes of homocysteine before and after treatment has statistical difference(P=0.001).Compared with control group both treated groups has statistical difference(P〈0.05),but there has no statistical difference between treated groups(P〉0.05).The changes of LVMI before and after treatment has no statistical difference(P=0.095〉0.05).Conclusion The treatmen of folic acid can reduce obviously the homocysteine level in patient s with H type hypertension.But there was no significant difference in LVMI.
