当团队逐渐成为组织的主要工作方式,交互记忆系统、团队学习、知识分享等因素都会对团队的创造力和绩效水平产生影响。基于团队管理与知识管理的视角,首先探讨了交互记忆系统对团队创造力的主效应,之后分别探讨团队学习和知识分享在交互记忆系统与圊队创造力关系中的中介效应,最后加入支持创新的团队领导行为作为调节变量,力求更深入分析团队学习和知识分享对团队创造力的影响作用。通过对42个工作团队的实证研究发现:交互记忆系统对团队创造力的主效应和团队学习、知识分享的中介效应显著,而支持创新的团队领导行为的调节效应不显著。
Despite growing interest in understanding the influence of transactive memory system (TMS), researchers have failed to consider how the process through which transactive memory system impacts team creativity. Drawing on team management and knowledge management, this paper builds a model that describes the effect of transactive memory system on team creativity. We predict that transactive memory system relates to team creativity through the mediating effect of team learning and knowledge sharing. We also predict that the support for creativity from the team supervisor will moderate the effects between both team learning-team creativity and knowledge sharing-team creativity. We test the model with a sample of teams in a public manufacturing company. Results show that: 1) TMS has a positive effect on team creativity; 2) team learning and knowledge sharing mediate the relationship between TMS and team creativity; 3) the moderating effect of the support for creativity from the team supervisor is not significant.
