生物质是唯一可储存的、能实现CO2零排放的清洁可再生资源。通过快速热解将其转化为液态生物油是生物质利用的一种高效途径。生物油通过精制改性可制备生物柴油,而从中分离出高价值化学品是实现生物油快速商业化的方法。生物油的分离具有重要意义,本文综述了近年来用蒸馏、萃取、柱层析、分子蒸馏和超临界萃取方法分离生物油的研究进展及生物油中不同组分的化学用途。总结了生物油分离技术存在的主要问题,并展望了生物油分离研究的发展方向。
Biomass was the unique clean and renewable energy resource which could be stored and achieve zero CO2 emissions.Transforming biomass into liquid bio-oil by fast pyrolysis was an efficient means of biomass application.Bio-oil can be refined and modified into biodiesel,also can be separated of high-value chemicals which was the rapid commercial method of bio-oil.Separation of bio-oil was important,the research progress of bio-oil separation in recent years such as distillation,extraction,column chromatography,molecular distillation,supercritical fluid extraction technology,and the chemical applications of different fractions in bio-oil were reviewed.The major issues existing in bio-oil separation technology were summarized.Besides,its development prospects were also introduced.
