英文摘要：
In period of Classical Contract Law,there is reason enough to trust each other to produce an objective concept of good faith.However,in the perspective of the modern contract law ,the objectivity of good faith doctrine has been questioned by the Game Theory.The market dose not naturally produce such objectivity. The process of urbanization has brought strangers aggregated, and highly mobile people are more likely to choose the trustworthy in limited game.
