采用ABR反应器预处理难降解印染废水中试研究。结果表明,ABR反应器最佳水力停留时间(HRT)为24h,ABR反应器稳定运行4个月,当进水COD平均值为769.4mg/L(最高1060mg/L,最低590.6mg/L),色度平均值为351倍时,出水COD和色度分别为424.2mg/L和83倍,去除率分别为44.5%和76.1%。印染废水B/C由0.27提高到0.42,废水可生化性明显改善。
Pilot-scale study was conduced on anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) treating printing and dyeing wastewater. The experimental result indicates that with the prime HRT 24 h, the experiment was stable operated four months. With the mean COD 769.4 mg/L(the maximum COD 1 060 mg/L,the minimum COD 590.6mg/ L) and the influent color was 351 times, the mean final effluent COD and color were 424.2 mg/L and 83 times respectively,the removal rates were 44.5% and 76. 1% respectively. The B/C of printing and dyeing wastewater increased from 0.27 to 0.42,wastewater biodegradability was improved greatly.
