资源型城市发展状况涉及国家资源安全、经济安全、生态环境安全和社会安全。目前，我国共有资源型城市118座，现在有50座出现资源衰竭。资源型城市的经济转型与可持续发展，具有重要的理论与现实意义。焦作市曾是典型的资源型城市，现已成功转型为中国优秀旅游城市，其发展模式受到越来越多的关注。借助旅游地生命周期理论，认为焦作旅游目前处于发展阶段，并有针对性地提出战略思考，以有利于焦作旅游业实现可持续发展，同时也为中国资源型城市的可持续发展旅游业提供有益的借鉴。
英文摘要：
The development of resource- dependent cities involved in the development of national security for resources, economy, ecology and society. At present, there were 50 cities among 118 resource - dependent cities appeared depletion of resources in China. The economics transition and sustainable development of resource - based cities had theoretical and practical significance. Jiaozuo City was a typical resource - dependent city and now it was a excellent tourism city in China.The development of tourism in Jiaozuo City was getting more and more attention since 1999.This paper indicated that it was development phase of Jiaozuo tourism according to the lifecycle model theory. Then brought forward some strategic thinkings to ensure the sustainable development in Jiaozuo City. At the same time, it also provided some useful experiences for other resource - dependent cities in Clfina.
