城镇化是当代世界各国经济社会发展的一个重要趋势，城镇化水平的高低是衡量一个国家和地区经济社会发展水平的主要标志。本文首先对城镇化水平的评价方法——AHP的运用原理进行了的介绍，接着选取了新疆城镇化指标体系的指标，并通过层次分析法构建起一套评价新疆城镇化的指标体系，进而运用该指标体系对新疆的城镇化水平进行了评价，最后对评价结果进行分析。
英文摘要：
Urbanization is an important trend of every country＇s economic and social development in world now. Urbanization is not only population＇s migration, but also its connotation is very abundance. Economists believe that urbanization is a country or an area＇s economic level and people＇s live level＇s comprehensive reflection. This paper establish a model based on AHP and use Delphi method to set up comparison matrix,then a- nalysis Xinjiang＇s urbanization , propose every level＇s countermeasures by analysis the results.
