利用2000～2009年新疆15个地州市的面板数据探讨了新疆城镇化对经济增长的经济贡献,研究发现：新疆的城镇化对经济增长具有明显的促进作用,但是城镇化质量不足,综合城镇化水平的提高较之于人口转移的速度存在滞后;不同地区城镇化水平对经济增长的带动作用不同,东疆最高,北疆次之,南疆最低,经济绩效存在明显差异。在此基础上,提出推动新疆城镇化协调发展的政策建议。
英文摘要：
In this paper, we use 15 cities＇ panel data in Xinjiang to analyze the contribution of urbanization to economic growth. The results show that ： the urbanization of Xinjiang plays obvious role in promoting economic growth. However, ur- banization is short of quality. Comprehensive level of urbanization lags behind the rate of population transfer. The level of urbanization in different regions has different leading effect in economic growth, east Xinjiang highest, followed by northern, southern lowest. It is significantly different in economic performance. At last, we give policy recommendations for Xinjiang urbanization.
