新疆城镇化有利于破除城乡二元经济结构、缩小地区差距、促进民族团结、培育区域增长极、优化资源配置和经济结构;因此,城镇化在推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安进程中扮演着极其重要的角色。利用状态空间模型分析了改革开放30年来新疆产业发展、财政支出、人力资本积累影响城镇化的动态特征,并在此基础上提出相应的政策建议

Xinjiang urbanization is conducive to eliminate the dual economic structure,reduce regional disparity,promote ethnic harmony,foster regional growth,and optimize resource allocation and economic structure.Therefore,urbanization plays extremely important role in promoting lasting political stability and great-leap-forward development in Xinjiang.This paper tests the dynamic relationship between urbanization and industrial development,financial expenditure,human capital accumulation with state space model after30 years’ reform and opening up in Xinjiang,based on which policy suggestions are put forward
