Strategic decision groups＇ cognitive bias plays a decisive role in firm survival and development,and views based on economics and neurophysiology have limitations some- what on the exploration of strategic decision groups＇ cognitive bias. Based on the analysis of the connotation of strategic decision groups＇ cognitive bias theory, this paper explains and explores strategic decision groups＇ cognitive bias from three sociology perspectives, namely social cognitive neuroeconomics, new institutional economics, and role commitment. Then it summarizes a three-factor theoretical model of strategic decision groups＇ cognitive bias and a comprehensive theoretical model of changes in cognitive bias.
