家长式是中国本土化管理的突出特点,对企业人力资源管理具有深刻的影响。本研究从中国文化对企业的影响入手,探讨了家长式人力资源管理的内涵及伦理动因、归纳了家长式人力资源管理的内容结构,并从组织层面和个体层梳理了家长式人力资源管理的影响机制,最后对家长式人力资源管理的研究提出了未来的研究方向。
Paternalism is one of the most salient characteristics in Chinese management, which also influences the nature of current Chinese HRM. Taking culture factors in to consideration, the current study explores the concept and ethical motivation and analyzes the components of paternalistic HRM. Based on these analyses, this paper investigates the effect of paternalistic HRM on performance from organization level and individual level. At last, it also proposes the directions in future researches.
