通过总结评估国内外经典家族企业传承模型,发现这些研究脱离了企业主和接班人本身,忽略了传承中企业主和接班人代际关系的发展变化和对传承结果的影响。本文通过对方太厨具、新希望集团和海鑫钢铁的案例研究,基于家族企业企业主和接班人代际关系的视角建立了新的家族企业传承模型,指出家族企业代际传承的过程伴随着企业主和接班人代际关系的发展,和谐的代际关系是家族企业成功传承的保障。
Based on the summary and evaluation of the classical succession models at home and abroad, it is found that these studies mainly built models separate from entrepreneurs and succes- sors, while ignoring the evolution of intergenerational relationships between entrepreneurs and successors and its influence on succession. This paper builds a model based on the perspective of intergenerational relationships by the case study of three family businesses in China, points out that the succession process developing with the intergenerational relationships, and proposes that harmonious intergenerational relationships are a guarantee of successful succession.
