以苦养L2081和T454品种为试材,研究了不同柠檬酸处理对其在100μg/L铝胁迫下的部分生理生化指标、抗氧化酶活性及叶片DNA增色效应的变化。结果表明,随柠檬酸处理浓度的增加,两个苦养品种的丙二醛、脯氨酸、超氧阴离子自由基的含量呈显著下降的变化趋势;叶绿素含量、根系活力、保护酶活性及DNA增色效应则显著增加;品种问对铝胁迫的抗性存在明显差异,以L2081强于T454。
The changes of physiological and biochemical in leaves and roots of tartary buckwheat were studied on L2081 and T454. These two cultivars were treated with different concentrations of citric acid under 100μg/L aluminiu stress. The results showed that the content of MDA, praline and chao were significantly decreased when increasing the concentration of citric acid. However, chlorophyll content, the root activity, baohumeihuo activities and zsexiaoying of tartary buckwheat were significantly increased when increasing citric acid concentration. The resistant to aluminiu stress of L2081 was stronger than that of T454.
