近年来生物技术使荞麦的分子遗传学研究取得了长足的进步,为进一步对荞麦分子遗传学进行研究,从种间亲缘关系、种质资源遗传多性性、遗传图谱构建、农艺性状及相关基因定位、基因克隆及功能研究、基因组测序等6个方面对荞麦分子遗传学研究进展进行了综述,提出了荞麦分子遗传研究中存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

In recent years,the developing and perfecting biotechnology make certain research progress in buckwheat,for the further study on molecular genetics of Fagopyrum Miller,recent advances of interspecific relationship,genetic diversity,genetic map construction,gene cloning and function,and genome sequencing were reviewed,the problems were proposed and the preliminary discussion on development trend was made.
