为了探讨不同苦荞[Brassica integrifolia(West)O.E.Schulz apud Urb.]
To explore the variation of dietary fiber content in different tartary buckwheat [Brassica integrifolia(West) O. E. Schulz apud Urb.] cultivar and different production area and its correlation with basic ecological factors, 7 tartary buckwheat cultivars were planted at 17 different locations of the main buckwheat production area across the country. The kernel dietary fiber content was determined. The results showed that the variation range of total dietary fiber(TDF) content, insoluble di- etary fiber(IDF) content, and soluble dietary fiber(SDF) content in the selected tartary buckwheat kernels were 11.68%~ 24.13%, 7.96%~20.05%, 1.02%~10.65%, respectively. The difference of TDF content and IDF content was very significant(P0.01) among different tartary buckwheat cultivars and different production area. The difference of SDF content among dif- ferent tartary buckwheat cultivars was very significant(P0.01), but no significance(P0.05) was existed among different pro- duction places. Scott-Knott clustering analysis showed that the cultivars could be classified as 3 categories while the location could be divided into 2 groups based on the TDF content in tartary buckwheat kernel. The cultivars could be classified as 2 categories while the location could be divided into 5 groups based on the IDF content. The cultivars could be classified as 3 categories using SDF content as indicator. Correlation analysis indicated that there was no significant correlation between di- etary fiber content and latitude, altitude and mean temperature of the growth period.
