以薏苡(原变种)、念珠薏苡(变种)、薏米、水生薏苡、小珠薏苡等42份薏苡属植物为材料,设计与落粒性基因相关的36对STS引物进行PCR反应,从中筛选出5对多态性和稳定性良好的引物,对薏苡属植物DNA多样性进行分析。根据DNA多态性特征讨论了薏苡属植物的遗传进化关系,并构建了42份薏苡属植物的STS指纹图谱和系统进化树。
The DNA diversity of 42 accessions belonging to four species (C. lacryma-jobi var. lacryma-jobi Linn, C. lacryma-jobivar. maxima Makino, C. aquatica Roxb, C. puellarum Balansa) and a variant species (C. chinensis var. chinensis Tod) of genus Coix L. were studied by designing 36 pairs STS primer according to the sequences of shattering related genes for polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Among them, there were five pairs of primers with good stable polymorphism, which were used for establishing the STS fingerprint map and a phylogeny tree, the evolutionary relationship also be discussed.
