为了弄清荞麦抗氧化相关的物质,考察了48个金荞麦复合物植物(Fcymosumcomplex)收集系以及3个甜荞escule ntum Moenchl品种植物叶的抗氧化能力、黄酮、维生素C、维生素E、多酚及多糖含量等指标,并分析其与荞麦抗氧化能力之间的相关性。结果表明:多酚含量和黄酮含量在金荞麦与甜荞不同品种间有显著差异,而抗氧化能力、多糖含量、维生素E含量和维生素C含量在金荞麦与甜荞中不同品种问没有显著差异。金荞麦与甜养的抗氧化性与黄酮含量、维生素E含量相关性极显著,多酚含量与维生素C含量、黄酮含量、维生素E、多糖含量相关性显著,维生素C含量与黄酮、多酚及多糖含量相关性极显著。
In order to clarify the buckwheat antioxidant related substances, the contents of flavouoids, vitamin C, vitamin E, polyphenols, and polysaccharide in leaves of 48 F.cymosum complex accessions and three common buckwheat varieties and their relationship with the leaf antioxidant capabilities were studied. The results showed that there are significant differences of polyphenols content and flavonoids content among F.cymosum complex accessions and common buckwheat accessions, and no significant differences of antioxidant activity , vitamin E content,polyphenol content and vitamin C content among different accessions. There are highly significant relationships of the antioxidant activity with the contents of flavonoids and vitamin E, significant relationship of the polyphenol content with vitamin C content, vitamin E content and polysaccharide content, and significant relationship between the vitamin C content and polysaccharide content.
