目的研究鱼腥草(Houttuyniacordata)的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂AB-8柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱、反相I-IPLC等手段从鱼腥草的体积分数50%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,利用波谱学方法鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到的11个化合物,分别鉴定为cepharanoneB(1)、胡椒内酰胺A(piperolactamA,2)、马兜铃内酰胺AII(aristololactamAII,3)、4.5-dioxodehy,droasimilobine(4)、缺碳金钱吊乌龟二酮B(norcepharadioneB,5)、cepharadioneB(6)、橙黄胡椒酰胺苯甲酸酯(aurantiamidebenzoate,7)、橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸酯(aurantiamideacetate,8)、卅反式阿魏酸酰酪胺(N-transferuloyltyramine,9)、橙黄胡椒酰胺(aurantiamide,10)和N-苯乙基苯甲酰胺(N-phenethylbenzamide,11)。结论化合物7-10为首次从三白草科植物中分离得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents of Houttuynia cordata. Methods Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the 50% aq. EtOH of the extract of H. cordata by macroporous resin AB-8, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and their structures were deter- mined based on spectroscopic methods. Results All the obtained compounds were identified as cepharanone B ( 1 ), piperolactam A ( 2 ), aristololactam AII( 3 ), 4,5-dioxodehydroasimilobine ( 4 ), norcepharadione B (5), cepharadione B ( 6 ), aurantiamide benzoate ( 7 ), aurantiamide acetate ( 8 ), N-transferuloyltyramine (9), aurantiamide (10) ,N-phenethylbenzamide (11). Conclusion Compounds 7-10 are obtained from the Saururaceae family for the first time.
