Natural compound is an important source of antitumor candidate agents.The mitogen-activated protein（MAP） kinase pathway can regulate the process of cell proliferation,apoptosis,attachment and migration,therefore influencing the development of tumor.Key molecules of MAPK pathway are potential targets of antitumor drugs.The paper explained the biological effects of natural products via targeting key molecules of MAPKs,and provided clues to chemoprevention and chemotherapy of cancer.
