目的对疣孢黄枝瑚菌子实体的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用溶剂法进行提取和萃取,采用色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从疣孢黄枝瑚菌中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为腺嘌呤(Ⅰ),5d,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅱ),5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,9(11),22-三烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ),苯乙酸(Ⅳ),邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(V),5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,9(11)-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅵ),豆甾醇(Ⅶ),D-阿洛醇(Ⅷ),α—D-(+)-葡萄糖(Ⅸ),3-O—8-D-吡喃葡萄糖-22E,24R-5理,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯(X),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-22E,24R-5α,8α-过氧化物麦角甾-6,9,22-三烯(Ⅺ)。结论11个化合物均为首次从该菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ramaria tiara. METHODS Several chromatographic methods were used to isolate the chemical constituents from this mushroom. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. RE- SULTS Eleven compounds were identified as: adenine ( I ), 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene-3β-o1 ( Ⅱ ), 5α,8α-epidioxyergos- ta-6,9 ( 11 ) ,22-triene-3β-ol ( Ⅲ ), Phenylacetic acid ( Ⅳ ), Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate ( Ⅴ ), 5a, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9 ( 11 ) - diene-3β-ol (Ⅵ), stigmasterol (Ⅶ), D-allitol (Ⅷ), α-D-( + )Glucose (IX), 3-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxy- ergosta-6,22-diene ( X ), and 3-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-22E, 24R-5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9,22-triene ( XI ). CONCLUSION All the 11 compounds were isolated from Ramaria flava for the first time.
