群决策效果的好坏是检验群决策科学与否的主要依据．为客观地评价群决策的效果，从决策效率和决策质量两个方面建立了评价指标体系，考虑了各指标的权重．根据属性测度理论建立了综合评价模型，并以数例进行了说明．结果表明，采用置信度准则的属性测度理论，避免了模糊综合评价等方法分级不合理的情形．
英文摘要：
Whether is a group decision making scientific or not depends mainly on the effect of group decision making. Taking into account the efficiency and quality of group decision making, an index system for objective evaluation for the effect of group decision making is established, and the weight of each index is considered. A synthetic assessment model based on the attribute measure theory is built up, and a numerical example is given by the proposed method. The result shows that the attribute measure theory using the criterion of degree of confidence can avoid the occurance of unreasonable classification llke fuzzy synthetic assessment, etc.
