基于灰熵理论,提出了一种不确定型决策的量化计算方法。灰熵是离散序列均衡程度的测度,灰色关联度是参考序列和比较序列之间接近程度的测度。该方法将灰色关联度和均衡度合成为均衡接近度,并以此作为决策准则,从而避免了低层次多因素权重确定的主观性,使决策模型更加合理。通过在太原市热力公司决策中进行应用,结果表明,该方法较其它方法更易于操作,结果更符合实际。
A quantitative decision method based on grey entropy for uncertainty was put forward in this paper. Grey entropy is the measure of balanced degree of discrete sequence. Grey correlative degree is the measure of adjacent degree between reference sequence and relative sequence. In this decision model, the balanced adjacent degree was derived from grey correlative degree and balanced degree. What's more, it was taken as the rule of decision-making. As a result, the subjectivity in ascertaining weights of more factors in lower hierarchy was avoided. So the decision model is more reasonable. This method was applied in the decision making in TaiYuan Thermal Company. The result indicates that the method be easier to use than other methods mentioned in this paper, the result of decision-making be more coincidental with the reality.
